Well, in preparing to do our food fight experiment we see we need to have some skill in experimenting, in measuring, and in density. Describe in detail where these skills can come in handy. No details, no extra credit!

The more experiments you do with each food, the better results you will have, and if you can measure, you can measure how big or small something is, and if you can tell how dense something is, you can see how hard it will be if you throw it at someone.

You are right, but I guess I didn't make it clear, I was wondering where these skills might come in handy outside of food fighting.

I thought this skills would come in handy with basketball because you have to line up your shot and measure how far and how high to shoot the basketball to get into the net.

These skills come in handy while playing a sport. Such as golf. First you would test what distance is the easiest. The you would have to find out if that distance is far or close. Finally, you would find the right golf club hit the hardest and fastest.

I meant find the right golf club that is right one

Now that we know something about density, where would we use that?

We would use density to determine how hard the golf ball is. If it's hard enough to hit, it will probably be a hole in one. If it's too soft, it won't be able to go as far as the hard one.

You would need to know measurement in many different jobs. If you worked for the NFL (coach, player, staff, ect.) you would need to know the distance of the field to run it fast/ at the right stamina, tell the players where to run, or even paint the lines on the field.

A lot of skills can just come in handy when it comes to everyday life. Say you are a scuba diver you always use tests for density.
